Must be confrimed prior to participation in a match
- in writing to the Match Secretary (with appropriate fee), or
- by telephone to the Match Secretary and then confirmed in writing (with appropriate fee) within 5 days
No additional registrations after the second half of the season (except at the discretion of the Committee)
Must be more than 24 hrs before the fixtured match
- only with the consent of the opposing team captain - speak to them directly , do NOT leave a message and hope that they get it
- advise the Match Secretary (and the Hall Booking Offficer if playing at Hartsdown)
Postponed matches should be played in the same half of the season as the postponement
- arrange potential dates with the opposing team captain
- if playing at Hartsdown, contact the Hall Booking Offficer and confirm that a table is available for date required
- confirm date with opposing team captain
- advise the Match Secretary of revised date for match
